Refund Policy

Services

Cancellations requested at least 7 days before a scheduled service will receive a full refund via the original payment method. If you wish to postpone a service, please contact us through Contact Form at least 3 days before the scheduled date to arrange a new time. Services canceled less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable due to resource allocation.

Digital Materials

All digital materials grant immediate access upon purchase. As access is granted instantly, these items are non-refundable. We ensure high quality and accuracy in all digital content.

Physical Products

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method minus any shipping charges. If a product arrives damaged, please report within 5 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
